    Greylight (v3.0) - Second Generation Preview Works

    Warning. Long Post.

    TL;DR
    Back for the new year. Currently in the process of redoing this entire pack again, updating weapons, attachments, armour and equipment to a higher quality. Vehicles will be left behind for now. Small additions and removals here and there, Some whole features will be changed, others will be reworked.
    Thank you all for your support since 2014. I'll see you in another post when I'm nearly finished with this.

    A completion report is made below to get an idea of how far I am into update 3.0.

    Set these ones to 0.25F instead.
    These 4 should always add up to one; since this adds up to 0.8, the animation finishes before the reload time is finished, hence why it "snaps" back to starting position.

    I never updated 1.8 ever, not for a long time now.

    What you can do if you want the new stuff, is take the 1.7.10 version, extract all the files in the .jar (yes, you can unzip it) and put them into a folder. Leave the folder in the Flan folder, and the 1.8 should still work with it.

    Bugfixes
    - Ariella Striker Model wheel fix
    - Horiztonal view locked for passengers guns (FM+ issue, not normal FM)
    - Fixed Stumbreon MG and Cannon damage to 10 and 40 respectively (hopefully)
    - Ambircon AutoRifle2097 no reload anim fix
    - Chamberlain Uniform armour nerf

    After much thought, I changed this around to be a four-step solution.

    - Yes yes yes, Flansmod Plus porting will happen. But not until the other three parts are done.
    - Licencing to a Creative Commons Licence might happen. Don't know about that.
    - Need to update front page.



    So yeah. I'm keeping track of these as I go.
    I won't know when I'll be able to finish this. Early 2017 perhaps? Really long time.

    The devblogs will come very rarely as I work slowly through this. I'll be around the forums if anyone needs me though. That said, I am frequently on discord, so you could find a snap of my progress there if you're lucky.

    hey derpi i recently downloaded your greylight mod (i love it) except all of the textures for the mod are weird tan blocks so i dont know what item im choosing also its really annoying plz halp me! i also tried deleting the mod and reinstalling it that didnt work please respond.

    Should be this update. But again, it will take time - maybe done by early 2017, perhaps, I dunno.

    And I've contributed code to FM before. I'm sure I can figure out FM+ on my own.

    Not really sure how this is happening, as the rockets and missiles are lowered enough to take 3 or more shots against vehicles.
    For the record, I cannot guarantee if this pack works properly in FM+ since a lot of changes have been made for that.

    Yes, I am working on a port - when I have a clean workspace to so do, because now I have everything all over the place (OCD-Triggered bullshit needs to done first, and that is a slow, manual process to clean up).
