I think it's because of your offset positions, they must be at 0 as i know.

what you do to fix this is
1. export the model as a JAVA file
2. Import the JAVA file into a fresh window of toolbox (the armor should be squeezed together and looking like a messy clump)
3. export as a JAVA file again
4. Enjoy your fixed armor

All armor parts have the same position, which is 0/0/0 and are move the their place with the offsets.

to fix this open you model in the toolbox use the following functions:
1. Select All Parts (Crtl + Alt + A)
2. Top Menu -> Parts -> Delete Offset and add to Position on selected Parts
3. Top Menu -> Parts -> Swap selected Parts Offset/Position
4. Export Model and enjoy
