Armor arm rendering issue

Hello. Faced such a problem. I make armor in the toolbox, do everything according to the guides, but the result is incorrect. The model's sleeves move "dyssynchronously", that is, the arms f rom time to time "come out" of the armor. I need your help.

Set the Model Type in the Model settings to Armor ( Alt + o)
Then activate steve
After this go to the Type Specific Model Settings ( Alt + T) and Activate the show armor rotation points option

You will get this


All parts of the armor must have the position of its rotation point and the placement must be made with the offset.
